  1. Haha FedEx is proud of there robot when Australia Post has already been experimenting with delivery robots (in service) over a year ago

  2. The bots delivering on the streets make no sense b/c you will need thousands of them and then people who walk will be mad b/c they will dominate the sidewalks. It's not practical long term b/c people will destroy them one way or another.

  3. until somebody kicks it over, steals the packages inside or damages it with a baseball bat. this would never work

  4. I won’t support any business using robots. Sorry. 7 BILLION people on this planet. Replacing people shouldn’t be the priority.

  5. You know damn well they ain’t finna fucking have them fedex robots deliver shit to the hood the shit would get stolen as soon as niggas see it

  6. The Japanese robots they've shown are definitely cool, but they've mainly been practical jokes. Japan is the world's leader in robotics, so it's pretty ridiculous that this show hasn't had some crazy Japanese robot yet

  7. I know this was a spoof bit, but I can't believe anyone in the audience actually clapped for any of this moronical bullshit. More game shows, please; less of this.

  8. am I the only one thinking the first one is fake? it was remote controlled from backstage obviously, or it has been programmed to do a series of actions. it doesn't obey to any command from movements. how does the drone notice you're talking to it and not to the next one? and how come when jimmy wingled his finger instead of spinning it, the drones reacted like he was spinning it? and at one point they reacted before jimmy raised his hand. seems like there's something fishy. about the third, it's just a marketing operation, just a phony scam. like all the other promises made in the past by all delivery companies, for more than ten years now, promising that next year we'll see robots everywhere bringing package to homes, but it never happens, not more than the flying drones of amazon or the automated car of kroger. they've done that before and they do it each year, but nothing never comes out of it. the crap seems on the edge of falling all the time, and I can't imagine how it would survive ten minutes in the street. the demonstration is ridiculous… wow, it went through a flat puddle and climbed a little step marked with yellow hatching. I wonder how it will climb my porch when it's cloudy and windy, or how it will cross a busy road, and most of all how it will survive the kids making it fall for fun, knowing that a little push is enough for all the thing to be over, or how it will prevent robbers to break the crap in half with a crowbar. the second one seemed to be the dumbest at first, but it could actually be the most advanced of all.

  9. What impressed me MOST bout the drones was when they packed themselves away (my wife says I can have 'em if they'll do that…)

And the penguin may look foolish, but the hopping algorithm is a big deal in robotics apparently. Balance, prediction, etc. There's a YT vid. Yoogle it…

  10. But what is the point?

*and FedEx…how are they not ashamed of their creation? I know standards of delivery have gone way down in recent years but replacing human mail carriers???

  11. First Robots – Super Cool. Loved them. Want my own.
    Second Robot – Meh.
Third Robot – Scary, in how many jobs that type of robotic use could potentially lose for needy people. Also, watching a FedEx commercial disguised as entertainment was disgusting.

  12. Tyngxanei na krataw to onoma esmeralda to opoio me exoun enhmerwsh oti einai onoma kolis mias paraxwras tou dikous sas xwriou isxyei.’ 👄👄👄👄👄👄👄🤘🇩🇪

  14. I don't know about the delivery bots. It will take away lots of jobs. If robots start replacing humans, how will humans have money to buy the products these companies are selling?? The economy won't go anymore.

  15. I laughed when I saw the penguin on the jumping robot. lololol. We Japanese always have to make everything cute. And do penguins even jump?

  16. In the near future those little drones are going to be called Deadlights by the humans who try to escape the robot regime…

  17. So basically everyone in the future will be poor because if everyone is replaced with robots for an example FedEx drivers they don't have a job which means NO MONEY which means everyone will be even more connected to phones tech and forget about puppies when you can have mini flyers no hate think this is cool but this being the future has a lot of downsides

  18. The drones were definetley being controlled off stage still cool but the same command did two different things

  19. Next we know those mini drones start to shoot at you, which For all we know might already exist and the governments are just hiding them from us
