  1. (in my opinion) this is ridiculously too much for any body who's only goal is to stay in shape.

    I'm 52 and I do rope jumping 3 times per week, 25 min session at 7 pm after work. And I feel and look great. It works on my muscles and cardio at the same time.

  2. it's a terribly unhealthy lifestyle. in the long run, it will make you sick and tired. humans are day creatures by nature. get at least 6 hours and wake at dawn.

  3. I think Mark didnt take well when James start to talking about what is normal or what is ridiculous when he get in the gym..

  4. I don’t think people realize how much discipline it takes to wake up at 2:30 and work out st that time… your body just feels so drained

    His house gym is a airplane hanger looking type of thing detached from the house.

  7. To put this in proper perspective, mark DOES NOT have a regular job(9-5), AND at times DOES NOT work for years at a time. When you understand this, working out at those time IS NO BIG DEAL AT ALL. I'm not a movie star, and I have worked out MORNING, NOON and NIGHT, and times in between…NOW THAT IS SOMETHING TO RESPECT. If this CHUMP were working a regular job, not only would he NOT workout at those times, he wouldn't even consider it. Every movie this guy is in makes him out to be like he's some sort of superman, when in fact he and some of his friends had to GANG UP on some black guy, years ago, calling him the N -word, and chasing the poor guy down to really hurt him. This information can be found on the internet, and I believe on YOUTUBE….he's not what you think he is.

  8. I literally don't know why the fuck you have to workout at 4am when you have a gym in the house. Like great Mark, you can wake up early. LMFAOOOO this shit is so stupid

  9. This schedule would be a lot easier to do if nearly all of the activities are based from your home, as most of his likely are.

  10. Bruh this Guy has a shake and some turkey burgers after his work out. Who would not have a great day after that lol. While me over here gets toast with jam.

  12. 2:30 am wake up schedule is pretty stupid. Means you would go to bed around 6:30 pm. So you’d miss all of your family time after work. Dumb.

    then i work unteill 09-00
    when i die ,i come to home and wake up
    and again and again over year

  15. How it is possible to go to the bed 7:30? At that time, everybody just start to live, after work time. He doesn't have friends, relatives? When he call plumber or electric he tell them to come at 4 a.m.?

  16. This all wake up at 4 is bullshit. I'd have to go to bed at 8pm and that isn't happening in Phoenix. It's just too hot..

  17. it works for some people, early get up, early bed, I wake up around 4-5am, bed by 8pm, it works great for me, but some have to work the rest of that time
