all soldiers fade away but all dem 47 tanks stay massive as ever so if you have an old framed house that you want demolished fast take a tip from the New Jersey contractor who's handling this job surplice tank is a lot less expensive than a bulldozer and expensive to run baby you only get that four miles a gallon but this is only a half mile jog through the Boston packaging tires a bull in a china shop

  1. After V. Ottillio & Sons stopped using the tanks, they were parked in the woods behind the company's main yard on Preakness Ave on the Paterson/Totowa/Wayne border. I played on those tanks as a teenager and eventually they were hauled out in the late 1970's/early 1980's and I was told they were going to be restored by a collector and possibly used in movies.
